  1. Definitions:

      • In the event of force majeure “HILIA” is not responsible for any delay caused by reasons beyond its control or will, and we will take the necessary steps to reduce the impact of the delay, in which case you will be contacted by the company contracting with “HILIA” to arrange new delivery date after the condition ends.
      • The product arrived and the customer was notified of the arrival of the goods and refused to receive it, or did not come to the headquarters of the company contracting with “HILIA” to deliver the goods within 30 days from the date of notification, the shipping company has the right to dispose of the product or sell it, as the case may be.

    3. International destinations

    4. If it is proven that the cause of the damage was caused by the buyer (the customer), he will bear all shipping and re-shipping costs to him to return the product.

  10. The agreement

      • In the event of force majeure - the case of circumstances beyond our control - we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations to you if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control and the circumstance is beyond our control - including but not limited to - such as - by Allah's will - fires, floods, earthquakes, collapse, bad weather or any other natural disasters, interruption of transportation, accidents, wars, terrorist attacks, riots and strikes, curfews, trade disputes, government action, failure of public communication networks or Private or transportation networks ..... etc. And if one of these circumstances occurs and our performance of duties towards you is affected as a result of the event, our duties towards you will be suspended for the duration of the circumstance and after the end of the circumstance:

    5. User Limitation
